Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within Egypt.

  • International shipping may be available upon request and subject to additional fees, customs, and delivery timelines.

Shipping Fees

Delivery Responsibility

Delays & Force Majeure

  • Such delays do not qualify for refunds of shipping fees.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Failed Delivery & Refusal
